Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Ensuring compliance with defined standards and guidelines for IT sService Management processes in close collaboration with a central ITSM unit
  • Monitoring KPIs and evaluating the resulting data with the product line teams
  • Analysing and defining improvements in close cooperation with the product line teams
  • Supporting our product lines in the various ITSM disciplines
  • Advising on the application of methodical service management techniques (e.g. root cause analysis)
  • Creating conceptual designs and presentations of service management reports for stakeholders (e.g. business departments)
  • Increasing the overall quality of service through best practices and experience

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • University degree with a focus on information technology or several years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of ITSM best practices (ITILv3/ITIL4)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good knowledge in the use of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

 

Desirable extras.

  • Experience in managing Service Management processes, e.g. Incident or Problem Management
  • Expertise in dealing with business and IT stakeholders
