<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • E2E accountability for Customer Interaction use case portfolio from initial vision to continuous improvement along value-driven OKRs
  • Leads use case squads to identify, prioritize, assess, develop, and operate Customer Interaction use cases in alignment with overall strategy and priorities
  • Facilitates idea generation with countries, international departments, and the Customer Interaction domain
  • Assesses potential value of use cases and establishes a clear recommendation on the use case prioritization in alignment with overall strategic modelling
  • Defines use case development roadmap in close coordination with the broader organization and associated Customer Interaction solution development
  • Enables Product Owner and use case squads to develop and deploy use cases, collaborating with countries, international departments, and domains within ALDI South
  • Reports use case progress to leadership and the Customer Interaction Domain

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Leadership experience (7+ years) working on Customer Interaction topics(e.g., customer journeys, eCommerce, loyalty) across technology and business departments
  • Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring, relationship building, stakeholder management, strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
  • Strong ownership and value creation mindset for E2E accountability for all use cases within Customer Interaction domain
  • Knowledge of Customer Interaction domain (e.g., online customer segmentation & marketing effects, personalized promotions & product recommendations, latest eCommerce industry trends)
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate agile mindset and ways of working across teams and organizations at scale as well as strong communication skills to create stakeholder alignment 
  • Strong understanding of data and how to generate value from it for the wider organization 
  • Extensive experience across big data, data science and related industry practices
