YOUR JOB

• Supporting the Quality Assurance department with food and non-food projects as well as preparing and following up on meetings
• Assuming responsibility for the organisation of inspections for our non-food product range and the corresponding documentation in German and English
• Continuously updating the relevant databases
• Assuming responsibility for office management tasks as well as monitoring and coordinating compliance with deadlines
• Acting as a contact person for the specialist department as well as for international partners and suppliers 

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree or completed vocational training with a focus on business and/or technology
• Ideally initial experience in quality assurance or a similar area of responsibility
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally knowledge of SAP
• Good English language skills
• Excellent organisational skills as well as a high level of independence and high commitment
• Thorough and flexible work approach
