YOUR JOB

• Working with colleagues around the world to develop and enhance systems and business processes
• Acting as a contact person for testing laboratories regarding questions about our software for quality management (QM)
• Improving existing and implementing new QM software
• Conducting User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and identifying errors
• Conducting analyses using the VBA programming language and Microsoft Power Automate to support business processes and decisions
• Creating and updating training material and globally sharing knowledge with key users
• Training new and existing employees

YOUR PROFILE

• A basic understanding of quality management processes for non-food products
• Ideally experience working with SAP modules such as SAP QM
• Very good English language skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ideally knowledge of Power Automate and the VBA programming language
• Holistic mindset, positive can-do attitude and high degree of self-motivation 
• Strong team and communication skills
