YOUR JOB

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the project team 
  • Communicating with internal contacts in German and English 
  • Planning, coordinating and organising meetings and events
  • Creating evaluations, reports and analyses, as well as helping with project documentation 
  • Preparing, participating in and following up on meetings, including creating presentations 
  • Drafting agendas, meeting minutes and various other documents
  • Taking care of all organisational and administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training (apprenticeship) or comparable qualification 
  • Professional experience in the commercial sector, in a project environment or in a comparable area of responsibility 
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to react flexibly to changing requirements
  • Service-oriented, structured and goal-oriented working style, as well as confident, friendly and professional demeanour 
  • Highly motivated and committed with strong teamwork skills
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 package with an affinity for digital topics and technologies
