YOUR JOB

  • Managing our team of designers across multiple product categories for our International Specials team
  • Leading design processes and projects with a high level of commitment and organisation
  • Delivering strategic initiatives, creative concepts, and consumer relevant design solutions
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including theme teams, buying teams, sourcing teams, and international stakeholders
  • Applying commercial understanding and analytics to design solutions

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of design
  • Experience and enjoyment in leading and motivating a team
  • Several years of design leadership and professional experience in implementing home and lifestyle trends tailored to the target audience
  • Knowledge of relevant product development processes and materials for suitable interior and lifestyle categories
  • A solution mindset
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) 
  • Understanding of both international and European markets would be advantageous
