Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting the operation and further development of the ALDI SOUTH process documentation system
• Independently modelling business processes in BPMN 2.0
• Creating and optimising target group-oriented training materials
• Processing internal tickets
• Assisting in the creation of reports and presentations

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Currently studying business administration, business informatics, organisational sciences, social sciences or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on quality/processes
• Structured and independent way of working
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Confident communication in written and spoken English
• Service-orientated conduct towards our internal customers

Desirable extras.

• Initial experience in modelling and documenting processes in relevant systems such as Signavio
• Basic understanding of cross-interface contexts (E2E)
