Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Conducting in-depth demand and project analyses, delivering comprehensive ad hoc reports and impactful presentations to inform senior management and support strategic decisions
- Cultivating cross-departmental collaboration and ensuring alignment of project objectives with ALDI’s overarching business strategies and priorities
- Establishing and monitoring business success metrics, as well as creating robust performance management frameworks to evaluate and optimise project outcomes
- Overseeing business benefit calculations and ensuring the consistent application of transfer pricing methodologies across projects and initiatives
- Analysing and tracking project benefits and costs, as well as providing actionable insights and detailed financial reports to improve accountability and decision-making
- Creating, coordinating and integrating benefit/value-driver tree dependencies across organisational units and IT products to ensure seamless execution and alignment
- Supporting the rollout of value-driven initiatives across the organisation as well as, driving the strategic focus and measurable results
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree with a focus on financial management, data analytics or a related field
- Expertise in conducting demand and project analyses, delivering insightful reports and presentations that support senior leadership in strategic decision making
- Advanced skills in benefit calculations, cost tracking and ensuring consistency in transfer pricing logic across projects to support transparent financial reporting
- Proven ability to foster collaboration across departments and ensure alignment of project goals with overarching business strategies and organisational priorities
- Experience developing performance management frameworks and evaluating project outcomes
- A high level of flexibility, team spirit and initiative
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
Desirable extras.
- Additional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or data analysis (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) would be a strong advantage
- Familiarity with IT, retail or similar industries is highly desirable to ensure seamless integration with the business context
- Proficiency in the German language
