What this role looks like.
- Assuming responsibility for designing our global operating model towards agility for our Global Data and Analytics business unit
- Leading the transformation of processes, roles and org structures in our global business unit and in the departments of the countries
- Demonstrating expertise in scaling frameworks, facilitating our growing number of teams
- Determining the need for action and preparing decision papers for global and national leadership
- Closely cooperating with the global business unit and colleagues from our major countries
- Preparing and moderating meetings and workshops
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Understanding of complex organisational structures and their impact on actual ways of working
- Embracing complex organisational challenges and working enthusiastically on the development and mediation of solutions
- 2-3 years of experience in agile transformations or similar challenges
- Positive mindset, analytical and structured approach to thinking and working, as well as enjoyment in designing and accompanying change
- Knowledge on agile scaling frameworks (e.g. LeSS, SAFe, Nexus)
- Understanding and conveying complex issues in English and German
- Willingess to travel
Desirable extras.
- Completed studies with a focus on business administration or business informatics
- Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow
