Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Refining and improving RPA testing processes within an agile product framework
• Acting as the primary point of contact between RPA developers and business stakeholders during testing phases
• Creating test cases aligned with functional and non-functional requirements, based on existing process and design documentation
• Reviewing and validating test cases with business stakeholders
• Coordinating the collection and validation of test data, ensuring availability for test execution
• Collaborating with developers on internal testing to verify bot functionality and resolving issues prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Managing UAT, coordinating with business stakeholders to run the bot, validating results and addressing any issues
• Following new market and technology trends for RPA testing and assessing their feasibility for ALDI

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Academic degree or completed vocational training in computer science, business informatics or similar
• Experience defining and enhancing test management processes
• Proven experience in UAT management and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with test management tools, such as ALM or similar platforms
• Interest in understanding and improving complex business processes in various business areas (e.g. HR, logistics, buying, IT)
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable extras.

• Professional experience and diverse competencies in the area of process automation using RPA 
• Knowledge of another programming language
• Proficiency in German
