Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Defining and further developing processes for test management within our agile product organisation
- Closely coordinating process changes and innovations as part of the interdisciplinary collaboration with other release and test management teams, product teams, country representatives and system integrators
- Developing and implementing process optimisation measures (e.g. according to TPI, TMMi, TMAP)
- Defining and implementing the department’s governance role as part of the agile product organisation
- Advising and coaching test managers on test process issues
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree with a focus on IT, project management or software development, or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in test management, preferably in large and agile organisations
- Interest in combining test theory and practice
- Strong intercultural, problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English
