Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Supporting the introduction and further development of modern software solutions, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP solutions
• Coordinating and assuming technical tasks in global IT projects, especially with a focus on migration, cutover and technical integration
• Closely cooperating with the project management for international projects related to IT buying
• Planning the system connection, data migration, authorisation and technical documentation
• Working with our business and IT process experts to coordinate the detailed planning for the implementation of the cutover including go-live support
• Tracking the project progress and supporting the project management in the preparation for the responsible management bodies 
• Managing external service providers
   

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree with a focus on business administration or information technology or comparable professional qualification 
• Professional and project experience in the implementation and further development of standard software (focus on SAP S/4HANA and BTP)
• Project management skills (e.g. PMI), ITIL+, presentation skills
• Excellent handling of MS Office/365, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and ServiceNow
• Advanced communication skills
• Experience in managing external partners
• Team player who enjoys working on complex IT projects 
• Very good English language skills
   

Desirable extras.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP 
• Knowledge of ITSM best practices (e.g. ITIL)
• Knowledge of SAP Data Services, LSMW or comparable solutions 
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Signavio and LeanIX
• Willingness to travel internationally
