Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting ALDI SOUTH’s strategic data and analytics ambitions by centrally coordinating global test & learn and A/B testing efforts as well as partnering with national counterparts to develop, execute and scale experiments and ideas 
• Rolling out a global A/B testing tool that continuously improves testing methods and experiments according to best practices and industry standards
• Providing support on global and local use cases to deliver added value through A/B testing and statistical experiments
• Building, developing and leading a team to implement and continuously improve the test & learn requirements

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on IT, project management or software development, or a similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in A/B testing and test management, preferably in large or agile organisations in the retail industry
• Strong analytical and statistical skills to drive the design, execution and evaluation of A/B testing
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams, influencing international stakeholders and driving projects forward from vision to implementation
• Strong communication skills
• Very good written and verbal English language skills
