• Leading and motivating a team of highly qualified enterprise architects and promoting a culture of cooperation, innovation and continuous improvement
• Further developing the long-term strategic architecture vision and strategy with a focus on procurement and assortment
• Shaping, evaluating and further developing the enterprise architecture in order to ensure that current and future business strategies and requirements are met
• Evaluating new technologies, tools and frameworks to best support our business objectives
• Promoting cooperation among the global architecture community and other strongly connected stakeholders
• Building and developing the team as well as identifying and further developing individual professional and personal potentials and development needs

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the area of enterprise architecture or in a superior management position with architectural responsibility
• Relevant experience in the area of procurement or assortment, ideally in the retail industry and with one or more of the following systems: SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, Manhattan or SAP MDG, SAP Ariba
• Excellent leadership, conflict management and communication skills
• Quick comprehension skills, analytical thinking and a strategic mindset
• Experience in working with and/or designing architecture principles, methods and frameworks and in one or more of the following areas: system integration, cloud technologies, data management and security
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary, international teams and stakeholders
