Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Managing and resolving IT incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Acting as the first point of contact for escalating issues and coordinating rapid resolution efforts
- Using ServiceNow to track, manage and report incidents and problems
- Maintaining and improving ITSM workflows, providing training and best practices within the ServiceNow platform
- Continuously evaluating and refining IT service management processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support business objectives
- Providing regular status updates and performance metrics to management
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- 7+ years in IT service management with a strong focus on incident and problem management
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Desirable extras.
- Proficiency in German is highly desirable
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred (additional certifications are a plus)
