We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Solution Designer Monitoring AIOps to drive the development and implementation of our AIOps strategy for our service organisation.  In this key role, you will work closely with business analysts, service managers and service owners to design and implement innovative and efficient AIOps solutions. Your contribution will be crucial in optimising our service processes and taking them to the next level through the use of monitoring and automation technologies.

Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Designing and implementing AIOps strategies and solutions tailored to the specific needs of our service organisation at the interface between monitoring and event management
• Working closely with service owners, service managers and business analysts to ensure a deep understanding of business processes and requirements
• Analysing service data to identify trends and develop proactive solutions to improve service quality and efficiency
• Continually evaluating new technologies and methods in the field of AIOps and integrating them into our existing processes

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
• Very good English language skills
• Several years of experience in designing software solutions for monitoring
• Extensive knowledge of monitoring tools, such as checkMK, ElasticCloud, Dynatrace or comparable systems
• Experience in automating processes
• Experience working with international teams
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility in your work
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of assertiveness
• Organisational skills and a hands-on mentality

Desirable extras.

• Knowledge of process mining and data analysis
• An understanding of AI and machine learning
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, especially in event management
• Experience in the retail industry
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience in software testing
