In our Center of Excellence for Business Process Management, we work closely with our international business and IT units on the end-to-end optimization of our business processes (including Buying, Supply Chain, Logistics, Omni-Channel and Finance) and also sustainably ensure that we have the most efficient and leanest processes in retail. In your role as (Senior) IT Consultant Celonis Projects (m/f/d) you will develop solutions in the state-of-the-art process mining software Celonis in a motivated team to make our business processes more transparent, efficient and automated. Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Translating business requirements into technical requirements and compiling them in the respective documentation
• Developing concepts for customised automation solutions, e.g. based on robotic process automation (RPA)
• Preparing technical and functional documentation for automated processes
• Harmonising and optimising business sub-processes along the entire ALDI SOUTH value chain
• Holding training sessions and workshops for internal customers
• Assuming responsibility for the UiPath infrastructure including orchestrator, bot and licence management
• Ensuring compliance with audit and IT security requirements

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Academic degree or completed vocational training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in an IT consulting role
• Professional experience and diverse competencies in the area of process automation using RPA
• Interest in understanding and improving complex business processes in various business areas (e.g. HR, logistics, buying, IT)
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Previous experience in service management (ITIL) and/or IT project management (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) and corresponding certifications
• Expertise in process and requirements analysis
• Knowledge of another programming language
• Proficiency in German
