Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Analysing and optimising ALDI’s electronic shelf label integration and related business processes in close collaboration with the product team and stakeholders worldwide
  • Defining, writing and detailing (technical) epics and user stories in adherence to the architecture vision and security aspects
  • Guiding software developers and engineers with respect to the appropriate realisation of the detailed solution concept and architecture
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure a robust software architecture and to identify further technical improvements
  • Participating in agile events of the product team and supporting the product owner in effort estimations and product backlog prioritisation
  • Actively taking part in agile development by participating in walkthroughs, simulations or other test activities and clarifying questions from a technical perspective 
  • Providing support with daily operations to resolve complex incidents and long pending problems

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • IT-related studies
  • Professional experience in the area of retail
  • Worked in agile teams, solid understanding of agile techniques
  • Very good analytical and strategical skills as well as experience in requirement analysis and using product discovery techniques
  • Decision-making skills within a complex and international environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
