Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Contributing actively to an international project team driving global HR transformation projects
• Esurance and promotion of intuitive design within product development and testing  
• Creation of intuitive user experiences by designing compelling user interfaces for our future employee portal
• Identifying technical risks and challenges
• Continuous optimisation and adaptation of existing user interfaces and user experiences based on user feedback, market needs and industry best practices 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT
• Extensive experience configuring and developing within Workday Recruiting
• Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
• Knowledge of Workday Web Services and APIs for integration with external systems (e.g., finance, payroll, and third-party vendors) is an advantage
• Proficiency in system integration methodologies, especially for Workday  

Desirable extras. 

• Preferably experience with ServiceNow
• German language skills are a plus
