Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Providing professional and technical advice to our internal stakeholders regarding ServiceNow topics
• Analysing and classifying requirements of internal stakeholders (using ServiceNow)
• Evaluating topics related to innovation; helping shape the roadmap of the ServiceNow platform
• Participating in the further development of the team, including mentoring 
• Contributing to, managing and coordinating sub-projects
• Supporting the development team as they solve complex technical problems

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Apprenticeship or degree with a focus on IT
• Several years of professional experience related to ServiceNow, ideally in a variety of environments
• Flexibility, team spirit and initiative
• Specialist knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR)
• Ideally, good presentation, moderation and communication skills 
• Fluency in English and German (at least C1)

Desirable extras.

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CMA, CTA)
• Well-versed in JavaScript, relational databases and web technologies
• General knowledge in the area of IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
• Familiarity with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum)
