Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Supporting the Platforms department in managing operational processes
  • Coordinating the cross-team resolution of incidents or requests, while also monitoring and reporting on their progress
  • Consulting and advising stakeholders on issues or demands related to our data & analytics platforms
  • Providing regular status updates to stakeholders on issue resolution or request fulfilment
  • Identifying patterns of recurring issues and triggering their structural resolution
  • Fulfilling the role of change manager and facilitating regular change advisory board meetings
  • Reporting on and monitoring SLA compliance in incident management for platform services and driving initiatives to improve service

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in service management or a related field; good knowledge of ITIL
  • General knowledge of the data & analytics field
  • Hands-on experience using an analytical system and basic command of SQL and/or a programming language
  • Willingness to learn how to use our reporting or analytical systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
