Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Developing and fine-tuning the AI/GenAI strategy based on the corporate vision and technology roadmap
• Collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders from different business areas to identify and prioritise strategic options for using AI/GenAI
• Leading discussions and workshops with experts from the respective areas to translate business requirements into AI-driven initiatives and roadmaps
• Defining guidelines and collaborating with analytics teams to implement strategic decisions
• Monitoring industry trends and advancements in AI and analytics to ensure the strategy, roadmaps and technology portfolio remain competitive
• Collaborating closely with partners in the areas of analytics and AI to assess their portfolios and integrate relevant changes into the strategy, governance frameworks and roadmaps
• Mentoring and leading teams to promote an AI-driven culture across the organisation

Your Profile

What you should have.

• At least eight years of experience in the field of AI/GenAI in management positions, corporate strategy or strategic consulting
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing AI strategies in a complex enterprise context, ideally in a retail environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects and achieving quantifiable business results
• Extensive experience with AI and machine learning technologies as well as in the area of analytics and data management
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to convince senior management and cross-functional teams
