Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Advising internal customers as well as our management on the capabilities of our monitoring and observability portfolio
• Working closely with clients to analyse their specific needs and use cases related to monitoring and observability. Translating these requirements into tailored solution concepts that align with their business objectives
• Actively communicating the value of monitoring and observability, effectively convincing stakeholders of the benefits and playing a key role in driving a cultural shift towards its adoption
• Steering internal monitoring and observability projects and strategic initiatives across multiple functional teams

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A successfully completed degree (preferably with a focus on information technology or business administration)
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Dynatrace, Checkmk, Azure Monitor)
• Proven track record in implementing monitoring and observability solutions in a complex environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Excellent German and English communication (written and spoken) as well as presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
