As part of the Security Awareness team, you’ll be responsible for promoting security culture to the more than 200,000 employees of the ALDI SÜD Group and bringing new ideas to our team.

The Security Awareness team is part of the Global Security Resilience & Culture team and is part of the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) Office.

Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Promoting company-wide security culture
• Further developing the global security awareness programme
• Planning and implementing security awareness campaigns to promote security-conscious behaviour and related reporting activities
• Implementing new and optimising existing communication strategies 
• Increasing security awareness among colleagues through target group-orientated communication
• Collaborating with all stakeholders to establish a standardised security culture
• Conducting security awareness training sessions using appropriate methods and formats

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Bachelor’s degree in business psychology, communication, marketing or a comparable qualification
• Ability to communicate effectively at all hierarchy levels
• An interest in IT security topics and the ability to communicate technical content in an understandable way 
• A good sense of humour and a willingness to explore new approaches
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken

• Experiencein information security, security awareness, IT securityor changemanagement is an advantage
• Creativity and experience in marketing or internal corporate communications 
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
