Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Advancing and operating our international CRM platform based on Salesforce (SF)
• Agile end-to-end product development, from the initial request all the way to design and release
• Planning new features and program versions in consultation with the International Business and IT teams 
• Supporting the process of user story and solution design creation, leveraging SF best practices with a focus on low code solutions  
• Providing input on test cases that should be automated 
• Supporting the rollout of our CRM solutions in the ALDI SOUTH countries (e.g. train-the-trainer, stakeholder communication)  
• Managing our external service providers and implementation partners 
• Working with product teams and cross-functional teams

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree with a focus on information technology 
• Several years of professional experience and project experience with SF
• Salesforce certifications, such as SF Administration, SF Service Cloud Consultant and SF Platform App Builder 
• Experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Knowledge in the areas of software architecture and interface technology in cloud-based environments
• Very good English language skills (C1 and C2 level, according to the CEFR)

Desirable extras.

• Experience with interface design and integration patterns
• Experience in the operation of IT applications would be a plus 
• Basic German language skills
