Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Coordinating activities related to release scheduling, planning and deployment as the single point of contact for the product lines in collaboration with a central ITSM unit
• Creating release management milestones and communicating these to all relevant stakeholders
• Supporting the product line in aligning the scope of demand and preparing communication measures for go/no-go decisions
• Supporting the collection of technical and functional cutover tasks related to transitions; coordinating task execution within the product line 
• Ensuring that all changes have the correct status for deployment and that the necessary product line approvals are obtained for the go-live
• Ensuring that defined release management processes are followed within the business area

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree or completed vocational training in information technology or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
• Experience assessing complex technical infrastructures and software architectures
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of ITSM best practices (ITILv3/ITIL4)
• Fluency in English and German 
• Knowledge of the set-up of processes, methods, tools and reports
