Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Leading and managing high-priority projects across different departments 
• Establishing project standards, processes and templates for a consistent steering of tax-relevant projects
• Driving comprehensive plans and timelines
• Leading risk assessments and assisting with mitigation plans
• Managing project and process documentation
• Implementing process improvements for better practices
• Ensuring strong communication to all stakeholders

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Master’s degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a consultant role within a multinational company or advisory firm
• Project management experience, strong analytical skills, and proactive approach
• Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentoring 
• Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality as well as a very systematic way of working
• Excellent German and English skills for business purposes

Desirable extras.

• Experience in reducing complexity to foster management decisions
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment
