Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Serving as the global expert and main point of contact for a tendering product (SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing)
• Leading the international product team in order to successfully assess and validate business requirements as well as implement continuous improvement measures 
• Collaborating with your Chief Product Owner and Product Line Lead on a strategy to develop your product 
  Defining the product goal and sharing your vision with our international business stakeholders
• Striving for globally aligned processes and procedures to continuously drive the development of the global template while keeping a holistic overview of how your product fits into ALDI’s global processes and system landscape 
• Participating in the Community of Practice to share and learn best practices and continuously scanning the horizon for new methodologies and systems to ensure that your product remains “state of the art”

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Professional experience in tendering/strategic sourcing processes and procedures
• Confidence working in an internationally diverse environment and organisation 
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to convince others during international meetings with different hierarchy levels 
• Positive can-do attitude with a high degree of self-motivation and strong communication skills 
  Ability to lead in a fast-paced work environment, consistently meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure 
• Ability to assess risk and issues as well as develop solutions proactively together with your team
• Fluency in English 

Desirable extras.

• Experience with SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing 
• Good German language skills
