Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Managing the internal and external Checkmk teamManaging the internal and external Dynatrace teams to implement requirements for infrastructure, application, log, real user, tracing and business process monitoring
• Planning, coordinating, implementing and reporting on project timelines 
• Prioritising requirements and approving monitoring implementations and architectures
• Advising internal customers and colleagues on ensuring high-quality and efficient monitoring with Dynatrace
• Ensuring full Dynatrace IT service delivery in line with the SLAs and project timelines
• Actively further developing and optimising tools, processes and structures

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A successfully completed degree (preferably with a focus on information technology or business administration)
• Proven track record as a product manager/owner or similar role for Dynatrace or comparable monitoring tools
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products on time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable concepts and user stories
• Strong technical understanding of IT Infrastructure, infrastructure as code or automation
• In-depth experience in Dynatrace full-stack monitoring for on-prem as well as cloud environments
• Good communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
