What this role looks like.
- Responsibility for IT solutions and their value enhancement in the area of Customer Engagement Applications
- Working with international business teams to understand and prioritise future needs
- Responsibility for the end-to-end product life cycle: vision, requirements, development and testing in close collaboration with all relevant business areas
- Managing the product backlog and the associated quality-related and functional requirements
- Defining sprint goals and driving sprint and release plans
- Utilising agile practices and ceremonies
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- University degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
- Several years of professional experience including IT project work, ideally in an international and agile context
- Relevant experience as a product owner in the area of Customer Engagement
- Agile mindset, persuasiveness and strong communication skills
- Very good English language skills
Desirable extras.
- Experience in the implementation of Salesforce Cloud products (Service, Experience, Loyalty, Data etc.)
