Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Analysing and pre-qualifying requirements concerning process optimisation and automation in coordination with our internal customers
• Recording requirements and documenting target processes in a structured and logically comprehensible way
• Preparing concepts for customised automation solutions, e.g. based on robotic process automation (RPA)
• Planning and coordinating RPA projects along the entire ALDI SOUTH supply chain
• Holding training sessions and workshops for internal customers

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the area of process automation and using relevant tools, such as UIPath, BluePrism or Power Automate 
• Profound methodological skills in the area of process analysis and requirements management
• Positive mindset, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working, as well as enjoyment in shaping and accompanying change
• Excellent communication skills and good German and English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Professional experience with tools, such as Celonis or other process mining tools
