Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting countries to maintain and discover the right strategies
• Observing competitor strategies as well as market trends with regard to pricing, promotion and markdown
• Cross-Country Communication: assuming responsibility for ensuring the exchange of ‘Lessons Learned’ and ‘Best Practices’ among countries, as well as adapting insights
• Reporting to key stakeholders, including sustaining the impacts proven through A/B testing that Pricing Intelligence has delivered
• Providing assistance in defining an international KPI convention
• Acting as an interface between local country teams and ALDI International
• Capturing business requirements.

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Professional experience in the area of pricing
• Analytical, structured, result-oriented and self-organised
• Comfortable working in an internationally diverse environment
• Willing to work in a complex, agile and fast-moving 
• Decision-making skills in complex and international environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Desirable extras.

• Experience in agile ways of working
• Expertise using Tableau
• SAP IS Retail as a module
