Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting the Director in projects and day-to-day business  
• Regularly preparing documents in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, in both German and English 
• Planning, coordinating and organising meetings, events and business trips 
• Assuming responsibility for checking and processing invoices  
• Completing all organisational and administrative tasks independently and reliably  
• Communicating with internal and external contacts in German and English 
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Business apprenticeship or degree in business administration  
• Professional experience in the business sector, in a project environment or in a comparable area of responsibility, ideally related to IT  
• High level of motivation, organisational talent and drive   
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in the role of “Feel-Good Manager”  
• Ability to grasp situations quickly in order to react flexibly to changing requirements  
• Good working knowledge of the common M365 apps
• Good networking skills thanks to your confident, friendly and professional demeanour   
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
