Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Working on steady state activities (incidents, service requests, demands etc.) and projects for our global GRC applications on a daily basis 
  • Managing external system integrators and interacting directly with system users 
  • Aligning technical application concepts with relevant stakeholders, such as the Infrastructure department, internal customers or external suppliers   
  • Coordinating change management activities  
  • Identifying risks that influence the operational stability of the product, recognising potential for improvement and suggesting corrective measures to the responsible Product Owner and product team 
  • Increasing transparency of technical debt and ensuring its regular resolution to avoid possible product quality issues  
  • Acting as the point of contact for operational stability and improvement topics as well as participating in communities of practice or chapter events 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Strong interest in governance topics, such as business partner screening, internal auditing and data protection 
  • General understanding of enterprise-class IT architecture and system landscapes 
  • Basic understanding of interface technologies  
  • Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes, especially service transition and service operation practices  
  • Risk analysis and assessment skills 
  • Expertise and practical knowledge of operations and maintenance concepts, tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and methodologies 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of German is a plus 

 

Desirable extras.

  • Practical experience in managing on-premises and cloud solutions 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server administration and database management 
  • Agile mindset and experience applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment 
  • Practical experience using Audimex, ID.prove and/or OneTrust
