Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Ensuring stable operations within the ALDI SOUTH Group’s global business partner management solutions
• Managing, coordinating and resolving requests, incidents and problem tickets 
• Assessing and categorising demands 
• Identifying risks having an impact on the operational stability of business partner processes and applications
• Driving improvements to the product and data quality in collaboration with the product owner and the product team
• Communicating with stakeholders to evaluate and document requirements 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• High degree of initiative and commitment as well as an independent and goal-oriented work approach
• Proven experience with the SAP system landscape (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba)
• Affinity for data and processes as well as a process and solution-oriented way of working  
• Enthusiasm for working in an agile product team 
• Very good English language skills 
• Degree or apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on business administration or IT
