Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Gathering requirements for new reports using IBM Cognos technology for our Manhattan WMS system and cooperating with external partners to ensure the continuity of our IBM Cognos software 
• Developing and coordinating the implementation of new reporting requirements with the business domain, international IT departments and external service providers 
• Preparing and changing reports specifications and design documents, creating technical solutions for IBM Cognos as well as testing new reports and demands 
• Consulting on IMB Cognos’ technical setup, IT security and compliance 
• Continuously monitoring the performance of existing reports and working on improvements 
• Ensuring that critical reports are available to the business domain by fixing bugs and cooperating with external partners  

Your Profile

What you should have.

• University degree or other relevant qualification/training with a focus on IT or logistics 
• Hands- on experience with the functional configuration of IBM Cognos and bug fixing  
• Understanding of the technical configuration for IBM Cognos 
• Proficiency with SQL queries   
• Hands-on experience in deploying new reports in IBM Cognos 
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes and data models 
• Experience with gathering requirements, fit-gap analyses and change management processes, as well as creating blueprints or solution designs for reports 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• Professional fluency in English 

What is desirable.

• Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS
• Knowledge of Manhattan OSCI
• Experience using ITSM Tools, e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
