The Stores area develops, optimises and manages our IT store systems worldwide. Our colleagues at the Center of Excellence for Quality Assurance ensure that we deliver high-quality and efficient solutions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Test Manager (m/f/x) to expand our team. As Test Manager, you will play a central role in the management, coordination and further development of our QA measures in the international environment.
<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Developing test concepts and ensuring their coordination with relevant stakeholders (e.g. project managers or product owners)
- Planning and coordinating the set-up and preparation of tests in accordance with the test concept and procuring the necessary test resources (budget, personnel, tools, test environment)
- Assuming responsibility for the test activities in accordance with the test plan and managing international test teams as well as external partners, taking into account the specific test objectives, metrics, risks and project context
- Keeping up to date with the test progress and ensuring transparent and targeted communication to the relevant stakeholders
- Actively contributing your experience and testing perspective to other project activities (e.g. integration planning) and representing test interests to project management colleagues and other parties
- Supporting the selection and introduction of suitable test tools and automation tools
- Contributing to the further development of test principles and standards
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- Degree or other relevant qualification/training with a focus on IT
- Several years of professional experience as well as excellent methodical knowledge in the area of test management and test automation
- Very good project management skills and a high level of assertiveness
- Experience in managing and coordinating external partners
- You are well-versed in agile working methods and actively contribute your ideas to continuously develop your strategies and concepts further
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a team are just as much a part of your working style as your strong planning and organisational skills
- Fluency in English
- ISTQB certification (or similar) is desirable
- Ideally, knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. ALM, JIRA, SNOW)
