Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Creating and optimising SharePoint-based Microsoft Power Apps solutions for collaboration and business process automation to improve IT service management processes across the organisation
• Developing and managing scripts to enhance the functionality of PowerApps and other M365 tools
• Understanding and documenting the needs of our stakeholders using M365 solutions
• Collaborating and consolidating information across different products, release management and other business areas
• Initiating and overseeing application lifecycle management as well as driving the planning, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of Power Platform solutions
• Writing clean, maintainable code and conducting thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web applications
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to upskill staff and ensure widespread adoption of developed solutions

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT, project management or other relevant field
• Proven experience with M365 Power Platform (i.e. Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Passion for quality and an interest in developing new processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail as well as an affinity for numbers, data and facts
• Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Desirable extras.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications, e.g. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure
