Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Managing the Solution Architecture team with responsibility for global finance, administration, and human resources solutions
• Participating in the architecture community to ensure the integrity and future viability of the global ALDI template 
• Collaborating on the design of cross-solution reference architectures and platforms
• Leading and continuously developing the team of solution architects
• Providing comprehensive advice on finance, administration, and human resource IT systems and being responsible for developing individual solution proposals
• Developing complex solutions with a focus on finance, administration, and human resources in a cross-functional and international environment
• Supporting business and IT architects in the analysis and documentation of the as-is and to-be solution architecture

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree or completed vocational training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience with IT architecture in an international context
• Experience with team management 
• Expertise in working with SAP S/4HANA in the area of finance (SAP modules: FI-GL, CO, AP, AR, AA, IM/PS, RE-FX) as well as HR/HCM solutions
• Knowledge and practical experience in architecture frameworks and/or methods (e.g. TOGAF, BIZBOK, BPMN)
• Talent for delivering complex processes and systems in a simple and understandable way and a positive mindset
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
