Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Leading and continuously developing an international team
- Supporting the SAP platform team in managing operational processes
- Coordinating solutions across teams for incidents and requests
- Monitoring compliance with SLAs in the Incident Management system for SAP platform services and creating reports accordingly
- Interacting with vendor coordinators on a regular basis, monitoring vendor behaviour and performance and overseeing measures for improvement
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Several years of management experience and/or experience implementing projects in the context of data and analytics and operational processes
- Practical experience as a developer, solution designer or operations engineer
- Experience using ITIL processes
- Assertiveness, commitment, team spirit, ability to identify patterns of recurring problems and initiate structural resolutions
- Very good English skills
