Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Aligning with operational teams to effectively design and streamline business processes, with a focus on global standardisation within the domain
  • Recommending process improvements in one’s own area of responsibility
  • Leading, developing and strategically building international teams
  • Collaborating with the team to implement the global demand management process in each domain
  • Establishing contacts with end users in all ALDI national companies, with a focus on close integration with the operational business
  • Collaborating with team members and sharing relevant information with leaders
  • Assuming responsibility for the development of direct reports
  • Working with the Supply Chain Reporting team and IDA on defining supply chain KPIs and reports
     

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Degree or apprenticeship with a focus on business administration, IT or supply chain management
  • Several years of experience as a manager or team leader or comparable experience as a project manager
  • Experience in disciplinary management and employee development
  • Positive mindset, analytical and structured way of working as well as assertiveness
  • Strong communication skills and business fluent English skills
  • Ambition to develop leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 

Desirable extras.

  • Proficiency in German 
  • Knowledge of SAP TM
