Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Maintaining ALDI’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) policy and template (e.g. roles, RACI) for all entities and resources within the organisation to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Setting operational BCM objectives in cooperation with all entities and resources
• Devising, reviewing and maintaining the global business continuity plan (BCP) structure
• Leading and developing an international team
• Coordinating internal and external project participants
• Monitoring BCM performance, including preparing the annual performance report for stakeholders
   

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in information technology, computer science, economics or a related field
• Several years of experience in setting operational objectives and driving BCM initiatives at a global level
• Proven experience in monitoring and reporting on performance metrics related to BCM
• In-depth knowledge of legal, reputation, and financial risks and their relevance to BCM
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across diverse entities and resources
• Ability to manage international multi-stakeholder settings and fluency in English
   

Desirable extras.

• Proven experience in (IT) project management
• BCM certification (e.g. ISO 23001) would be beneficial
