Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Advising departments on how to improve end-to-end processes with data-driven process transparency and fact-based insights 
• Performing general project management tasks (e.g. steering and reporting) as well as ensuring that projects are in line with set quality, time and budget requirements 
• Driving topics in the area of process documentation (BPMN 2.0) 
• Managing stakeholders (e.g. building relationships and maintaining open communication)
• Developing ALDI’s end-to-end business processes and implementing related business requirements
• Managing and developing a team of international employees

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent
• 3+ years experience as a project lead or comparable experience 
• Deep understanding of the functional capabilities of process documentation (e.g. experience with SAP Signavio) 
• Strong analytical skills and a style of working that is data and fact driven 
• Ability to present complex issues and results in a clear, structured and logical manner with persuasiveness and assertiveness 
• Strong communication and moderation skills, e.g. presenting results to senior stakeholders 
• Willingness to expand knowledge in the area of IT and work closely with IT colleagues
• Willingness to work internationally, face-to-face and remotely 
• Proficiency in English
