Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Advising departments on how to improve end-to-end processes via data-driven process transparency and fact-based insights 
• Performing general project management tasks (e.g. steering and reporting) as well as ensuring that the project is in line with the defined quality, time and budget
• Managing stakeholders (e.g. building relationships and maintaining open communication)
• Acting as a first point of contact for process experts regarding potential end-to-end process improvements
• Monitoring the identification, assessment and prioritisation of use cases for process mining
• Experience in disciplinary management and the further development of international employees

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience as an (agile) IT project lead
• Deep understanding of the functional capabilities of data-driven process optimisation (e.g. process analytics)
• Business domain expertise and/or retail industry expertise
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Strong communication and moderation skills, e.g. presenting results to senior stakeholders
• Good English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Affinity for new technologies related to process optimisation
• Experience in machine learning and automation technologies
