Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Consulting with business teams to effectively design and streamline processes, with a focus on global standardisation within the domain
• Recommending process improvements for your area of responsibility
• Leading, developing and strategically building an international team
• Working with the team to execute the global demand management process within the respective domain
• Liaising with end users in all ALDI countries with a focus on maintaining strong rapport with the business 
• Collaborating with team members and communicating relevant information to management staff

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Academic degree or apprenticeship with a focus on business administration, IT or supply chain management
• Several years of experience as a Manager or Team Leader, or comparable experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in disciplinary management and the further development of employees
• Positive mindset, an analytical and structured way of working as well as assertiveness 
• Strong communication skills and business fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• German language proficiency
