Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Managing and mentoring internal team members and external partners
  • Demonstrating knowledge of organisational change management and communication 
  • Understanding and actively listening to key stakeholders, building trust quickly and serving as an internal change management consultant
  • Defining strategic project goals and translating them into tactical change management actions
  • Managing and participating in change impact and change readiness assessments as well as stakeholder analyses
  • Supervising the development and optimisation of change management and communication plans, templates and other materials
  • Ensuring that communication is consistent and aligned with ALDI standards
  • Organising, managing and presenting at meetings, workshops, events, etc.

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • University degree or comparable qualification, preferably in organisational change management, communications or HR
  • Several years of experience managing employees 
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management and supervising direct reports
  • Profound knowledge and understanding of topics related to change management and communication
  • Experience presenting recommendations, gaining consensus and generating excitement for new ideas
  • Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams, including external partners/vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in an agile working environment
