Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Planning and managing the budget and resources (FTEs) of the ALDI Data & Analytics departments 
  • Preparing projections, rolling cost and budget plans as well as resource and capacity plans for the ALDI Data & Analytics departments
  • Conducting target/actual analyses and using these to derive recommendations for action
  • Further developing and expanding of ALDI Data & Analytics controlling
  • Acting as a contact person for the business unit and closely cooperating with management staff

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • A degree with a focus on business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in (project) controlling (business cases, reporting, ad-hoc analyses) 
  • Above-average analytical and conceptual skills as well as knowledge in the area of financial management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Communication and diplomacy skills with very good command of English

 

What is desirable.

  • Experience in agile project management
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and JIRA
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (in combination with think-cell, Efficient Elements, etc.) as well as other collaboration and moderation tools (e.g. Miro)
  • Knowledge of data visualisation and the creation of dashboards with Tableau
