Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Working in the Project Management Office of the IT department’s Supply Chain Planning & Execution area
• Collaborating on projects, in particular supporting and advising project managers on project management methods and tools 
• Providing support in IT controlling for projects (budget, timelines, quality)
• Providing support in project management (e.g. planning, tracking, reporting) and related functions such as project risk management and project portfolio management
• Managing external partners and cooperating with international IT departments
• Ensuring cross-functional coordination with functional and technical teams

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Completed university degree in business administration, information technology or engineering
• A keen interest in project management in an international environment, ideally demonstrated through previous internships, work experience or specialised studies
• Very good understanding of MS Office applications and initial experience with Jira and Confluence is desirable
• Excellent analytical thinking skills and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
• Flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team
• Diplomatic and communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills
