Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Assuming responsibility for the continuous development of and support for SAP Concur
• Analysing and pre-qualifying new requirements in cooperation with our internal customers 
• Serving as an interface between the HR departments as well as developers and external service providers
• Participating in relevant agile meetings, ceremonies and projects (e.g. sprint planning, reviews)
• Implementation of requirements with planning, testing and traning, as well as supporting colleagues
• Recording requirements and documenting target processes in a structured and logical manner

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or in a similar focus area
• Professional experience in a similar position with good knowledge of SAP Concur, as well as experience as a project manager
• Relevant experience in using travel and expense software solutions, preferably SAP Concur
• Positive attitude as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of working in order to understand and improve complex business processes
• Initiative, decision-making ability and persuasiveness
• Strong communication skills and business fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Experience in applying agile frameworks
• German language skills are a plus
• Practical experience using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
