Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Overseeing the management of incidents and problems within the IT service framework for SAP services, ensuring compliance with SLAs
  • Managing operational issues related to your product on behalf of national departments and stakeholders
  • Monitoring incidents and problems; developing strategies to optimise product stability, particularly in the area of monitoring
  • Collaborating closely with feature teams to effectively resolve operational malfunctions and incidents
  • Reporting to stakeholders during critical incidents and providing relevant status updates
  • Contributing creative ideas to enhance continuous product stability
  • Facilitating problem management meetings and reviews to identify trends, develop preventive measures and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices
  • Generating and maintaining reports on product stability and incident management performance

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Experience working in support as an incident or problem manager in an agile environment, ideally in the area of SAP Retail
  • Agile mindset, persuasiveness, decisiveness and good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient use of IT service management tools and software
  • Experience working with ticketing tools, e.g. ServiceNow
  • Fluent English
