Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Steering and monitoring strategic SAP requirements as a central point of contact
• Managing the end-to-end ordering process, assuming responsibility for centralised invoice processing and providing support on the related operational issues
• Liasing with the respective specialist teams by monitoring SLAs in order to maintain a company-wide overview 
• Assuming responsibility for a 360° vendor report, creating vendor performance overviews, identifying improvement measures and implementing vendor engagement plans 
• Managing vendor-specific risks and aligning with global risk management

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• An apprenticeship or degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
• Initial professional experience in vendor relationship management, outsourced IT services (outsourcing) or IT buying
• Initial experience in order process management and invoice processing 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in order to successfully implement both strategic and operational tasks
• Networking mindset, assertiveness and the ability to communicate diplomatically at different hierarchical levels
• Analytical, structured and conceptual thinking 
• Very good German and English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Experience in the area of consulting and/or operational cross-charging of IT services within a group of companies would be beneficial
